About the Role:
- Prospecting & outbound outreach to brokers, teams, and agents via phone, email, and Linked In
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to understand business size, goals, pain points, and readiness to buy
- Educating prospects at a high level on Inside Real Estate’s platform (Bold Trail and its solutions) without doing full demos
- Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensuring clean handoffs with strong notes and context
- Maintaining CRM hygiene
, tracking activity, and updating lead status accurately - Collaborating closely with marketing and sales to align messaging, campaigns, and ICP targeting
- Consistently hitting activity and pipeline KPIs such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
Who You Are
- Coachability & learning agility – able to quickly learn the real estate space, product suite, and messaging, then apply feedback fast
- Strong outbound discipline – comfortable with high-volume calls, emails, and Linked In outreach while staying organized and consistent
- Consultative communication – able to ask smart discovery questions, listen well, and connect product value to real business pain points
- Resilience & grit – persistent through rejection, long sales cycles, and shifting market conditions
- Technical comfort – confident using CRMs, sales engagement tools, and learning a multi-product SaaS platform
- Time management & accountability – owns daily activity, pipeline quality, and follow-through without needing heavy oversight
- Collaborative mindset – works well with AEs, marketing, and enablement to drive shared revenue goals
- Customer-first mentality – prioritizes qualifying the right prospects, not just booking meetings
- Bottom line: the strongest BDRs there are hungry, structured, curious, and resilient
