Reports to:
Director of Growth / Studio Leadership
Resolut is hiring an Account Executive (AE) to own business development for ourK–12 Studio. This role is based in our Murray, Utahoffice and is a key part of our growth plan.
You will partner closely with engineers, proposals, and marketing to generate new opportunities, strengthen key client relationships, and increase studio revenue. This is a strong fit for arecent graduateor early-career professional who wants real ownership, clear expectations, and a career path in professional services business development.
What You’llOwn
You willbe responsible for increasing revenue and reducing client churn through consistent execution across:
- Prospecting:identify and contact new leads, build pipeline, and set meetings with the engineering team
- Client engagement:maintain regular contact with key clients and partners and document activity in Salesforce
- Marketing + outreach:support campaigns with marketing to build top-of-funnel awareness and generate opportunities
- Opportunity support:help coordinate teaming, proposal support, and follow-up on active and lost pursuits
- Client success:support client retention by managing issues quickly and strengthening relationships over time

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3+years of experience in sales, marketing, client success, or business development
- Strong communication skills and comfort with consistent outreach
- Comfortable using
Salesforce and tracking activity (training provided - 401(k)

Work Location:
In person (potential to move to hybrid after one year).
