We're looking for a Higher Education Sales Representative to support a territory of universities and colleges in and around Salt Lake City, Utah
. Reporting to a District Sales Manager in our Higher Education Sales Organization, the Sales Representative will be responsible for driving digital product sales within the assigned territory by connecting with faculty and key stakeholders at colleges and universities.

  • Driving Digital Transformation: You’ll help transition institutions to digital learning solutions, assisting educators in improving student engagement and outcomes by leveraging McGraw Hill's portfolio.

  • Expanding Market Reach: Through proactive outreach and discovery sessions, identify opportunities to grow McGraw Hill's presence in untapped course areas and increase adoption and market share.

Role Requirements
  • Daily Travel: Five days per week on campuses in the Salt Lake City area, engaging directly with faculty and staff. Territory includes Salt Lake City, Provo and Ogden. Occasional out-of-state travel for company meetings is expected.
  • Residency and Licensing: Must reside within the territory and hold a valid driver's license to accommodate travel needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car are required.
  • Evidence of being a high achiever with a track record of success.
  • A competitive spirit and passion to succeed.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to change.
  • Capacity to think creatively and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and time management skills.

As this position requires traveling by car, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive within the designated territory. The pay range for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
