Job Description

We are searching for Territory Manager to be in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities
  • Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson products and convert competitive products in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
  • Be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in line with sales training methodology.
  • Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for a variety of products.
  • Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner to lead the customer to action.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with minimum 3+ years of relevant healthcare professional sales experience or B2B sales experience, or equivalent experience in an interventional environment.
  • Minimum of three years Neurovascular industry experience required.
  • 2–5 years of Medical Device sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling to surgeons in operating room or Radiology suite environments; familiarity with working with physicians is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to complete a background investigation including driving record check.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses and Affiliations
  • Exempt position with the ability to establish an effective work schedule accommodating disruptions and flexible hours.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare and medical device industries, disease states, and therapeutic/institutional trends.
  • Sales experience in the neurovascular space and/or medical device field preferred.
  • Completion of Company training programs.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and ability to multitask without direct managerial oversight.
Additional

Position Requirements
  • Willing and able to travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40%.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and to wear heavy lead protective aprons and other safety equipment in lab environments.
