Responsible for classroom participation and sales activities in retail, inside sales, and outside sales environments. Under close supervision, analyzes clients needs and assists in different phases of the sales process.
Responsibilities- Ensure proper stocking of Lennox products.
- Assist in unloading products and deliveries.
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
- Ensure warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner.
- Follow and adhere to all safety, health and security and environmental standards.
- Will perform as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering and open/close procedures.
- Generate leads for outside sales staff, proactively sell in support of company promotions.
- Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, and mail.
- Under direct supervision, sell products, services, supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts.
- Participate in outside sales appointments and other sales training.
- Participate in and successfully complete all graduate sales academy training program requirements.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Prior sales, customer service, retail or cashier experience preferred.
- Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
- Some knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for services.
- Effective at written and verbal communication.
- Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
This is a salaried non‑exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $50,000 – $66,150 annually. Employees are eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company’s applicable plan.
