Renewal by Andersen is the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country! This full time job is at our premier showroom location within the Salt Lake City area.

This is an awesome opportunity to make fantastic money representing a product you can believe in! Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $18 – 24 / hour. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

To provide support within the fast‑paced events & retail marketing teams. Focus will be on interacting with prospective customer base, planning, execution and tracking and fulfillment of marketing materials. Will be tasked with coordination of the showroom schedule, as well as driving traffic to RbA showroom locations. Demonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.

Expertly guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations. Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.

• Researching & confirming events/retail stores for the company to participate in
• Set up, track and report on marketing efforts and ensure they are properly entered into RbA CRM
• Assisting Event & Retail Manager and showroom team with special request, as needed

• High School Diploma (Or Equivalent)
