Technical Sales Engineer

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical expertise and support in the sales process
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and bids to clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential sales opportunities
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to the management team

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of structural engineering and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
