Job Summary CCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager/Outside Sales to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities *

Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries
* Prepare reports on the status of accounts/projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.)
* Provide after-sales support to retain customers
* Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly
* Promote new products and services to the existing customers
* Develop, maintain, and improve long-term customer partnerships
* Negotiation of contracts according to company requirements
* Regular reporting to the Sales Manager
* Attend on-going trainings as requested by management Qualifications Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
* 5+ years' experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
* Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems preferred.
* Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
* Reliable, Self-Driven, Confident, Articulate, and Persuasive
* Ability to problem solve.
* Attention to detail. Physical Demands Standing, sitting, reaching, walking Work Environment
