A team of consultants who understand what it means to meet our guests where they are and deliver for them through strong operations, guest experience and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. A Style Consultant is passionate about operations and providing an incredible guest experience, with in-store presentations that enable quick self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set with the right product, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-Up (DU) while complying with policies including adult beverage laws where applicable.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active role requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and in a team, and quick question resolution.
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments related to store operations.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
