Showroom Sales Associate

Tuxedo Junction, a local Tuxedo rental and sales company is looking to hire flexible part-time sales associates at both our Millcreek and Sandy Utah showrooms. Benefits include flexible hours, early closing time, employee discounts, commission added pay incentives and more.

This job isn’t traditional retail you’re used to working. We work extremely flexible hours! Tuesday through Friday 12pm to 6pm. Saturday 12pm to 5pm. Closed Sunday and Monday. We know you have a life to live outside your working hours. No more late night closings and remerchandising before going home. Our Showroom Associate’s most important responsibility is to provide our customers with a positive and informative experience when choosing how they’ll dress and look at the most important events of their lives.

This includes being able to communicate basic knowledge of fashion trends related to weddings, proms and special events. Our ideal candidate will represent Tuxedo Junction with pride and professionalism while adhering to policies and working to maintain operational and merchandising standards of the company.

• Assist customers with information, advice and service.
• Accurate entry of customer information, merchandise and payments into Point of Sale system.
• Resolve issues involving customer relations and satisfaction.
• Fit customers properly for rental/sales merchandise.
• Maintain store’s appearance.
• Merchandising showroom.
• Restocking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Wedding or Bridal experience a plus
• No retail sales experience required.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in the fashion industry
