The Shop Support Technician is an hourly position responsible for maintaining a clean, organized shop environment and supporting daily operations. This role helps ensure customer vehicles, shop facilities, and logistics are handled properly and professionally. The position includes light driving duties and general support tasks throughout the shop.
Responsibilities- Hand wash and vacuum customer vehicles
- Perform quality control road tests
- Sweep and mop shop floors
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the building
- Clean and maintain the customer waiting area
- Clean interior and exterior windows
- Maintain exterior areas (leaves, debris, snow removal when required)
- Pick up parts from local suppliers
- Shuttle customers to nearby trax stations
- Assist with general shop support tasks as needed
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles including manual transmissions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
