Merchandiser – Part Time – Wendover, UT Area at Pepsi Co

Compensation: $21.45 per hour (PBNA) – Part Time – Days

Pepsi Co Sales invites candidates for a part‑time merchandising position in large volume stores (supermarkets, mass merchants, etc.) within the Wendover, UT area. This role focuses on stocking, rotating, and presenting Pepsi Co products to support sales and brand presence.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U‑Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back‑room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi Co management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan‑in/scan‑out, following designated route)
• Service accounts during designated times established by management
• Deliver customer service (e.g., communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs)
• Operate under minimal supervision (self‑managed role)
• Execute on in‑store execution strategy provided by Bulk Customer Representatives (BCRs) in assigned accounts and enact on feedback and coaching from BCRs and other leaders
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance

• 18 years or older
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Must have a car to access multi‑store locations within assigned shift
• Limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
• Safe driving record preferred
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance

• Experience working in a retail or grocery store (understanding store operations, backroom inventory, stocking aisles, etc.)
• Experience moving products within a store (safe stacking and moving on equipment such as U‑boats, hand trucks/dolls, breakdowns)
• Experience merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating, cleaning shelves, eliminating out‑of‑stock and out‑of‑date products)
• Experience managing back‑room/stock room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking and storing inventory or products)
• Experience serving customers (handling complaints, responding to requests, meeting customer needs)

Personal vehicle mileage reimbursement for routes requiring a vehicle. All other benefits are part of the Pepsi Co North America Beverage organization policy.
