Fabletics is currently looking for a Seasonal Store Associate for our Fabletics Store at City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, UT.

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and enhance the customer s purchase journey.
• Provide constructive feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work well with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multi-task and set priorities.
• Flexible with work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, stand for extended periods, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
