Client Development Specialist – Boutique Sales
Central role on the sales floor, driving boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on individual KPIs, always delivering memorable experiences and services in store.
- Plays a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving the objectives.
- Supports colleagues and team members in the boutique.
- Always has omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience across all touchpoints.
- Proposes new ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix).
- Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique.
- Achieves individual clienteling objectives (outreaches, appointments, sales).
- Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way.
- Communicates the brand story & DNA, advantages, and technical details to build trust and long‑lasting relationships.
- Contributes to daily processes under management supervision (inventory, cash, security, store opening/closing).
- Leverages all tools (CEGID, Salesforce) and performs VM.
- Coordinates aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Applies all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising.
- Contributes to a positive, inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Maintains the store and ensures compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, new lifestyle trends, and emerging technologies.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
- Strong selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Understanding of sales KPIs: traffic, conversion, volume and value sales, ASP, mix of sales.
- Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs.
- Knowledge of brand DNA, history, and collections.
- Knowledge of front‑end and back‑end tools.
- Knowledge of retail procedures.
- Client‑centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, action‑oriented and results‑oriented.
- Self‑starter, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptable to changes, flexible, and able to bring up new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit, high integrity, and transparency.
- Ability to represent the Maison inside and outside the store, great presentation skills.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in store or related areas; full commercial training preferred.
- Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
- Experience with Visual Merchandising as a sales tool.
