About the RoleAs our Retail-Focused Gym Manager
, you'll lead daily gym and retail operations with a strong emphasis on customer experience, team development, and operational excellence. You'll be based in Salt Lake City
, and splitting your time between the gym floor and behind-the-scenes coordination—making sure everything (and everyone) is set up for success.
Lead daily gym and retail operations with a consistent, customer-first approach
Coach, mentor, and develop staff through training, feedback, and support
Oversee retail strategy, inventory flow, merchandising standards, and POS accuracy
Maintain top-tier facility and floor standards through walkthroughs and follow-up
Handle customer feedback and escalations with professionalism and care
Partner with leadership on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and training
Collaborate across departments to keep workflows smooth and aligned
Support events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives
Contribute to strategic planning around efficiency, revenue, and member satisfaction
You might be a great fit if you:
Have experience in retail or operations management with team leadership responsibility
Lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability
Are highly organized and enjoy building systems, checklists, and processes
Thrive in cross-functional environments and see customer experience as a shared responsibility
Bring strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Have 5+ years of professional experience (education and/or workforce)
Hold a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field—or equivalent experience
Are open to working nights, weekends, and traveling between locations when needed

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000/year
