DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non‑profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints.

• Providing missionaries and members with exceptional care.
• Maintaining financial responsibility.
• Supporting mission presidents and their spouses by alleviating administrative burdens.

• Collaborate with team members to administer missionary and mission president plans, including SSMP, CAMA, Young Missionary, and Mission President programs.
• Manage all aspects of enrollment, insurance, and HIPAA updates for assigned plans.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and resolve membership‑related inquiries for each plan.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, quantitative skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated reliability in follow‑through and accountability.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of healthcare operations, including transactional processing, enrollment, medical management, customer service, COB policy, and plan design.
• General understanding of Medicare.
• Experience handling customer service phone calls.
