A top ski resort in Utah is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the executive chef in managing the kitchen staff and ensuring high food quality. Responsibilities include developing new menu items, supervising kitchen personnel, and maintaining safe working conditions. Ideal candidates should have supervisory experience in fine dining, hold a current Safe Serve certificate, and be capable of lifting 40 lbs.

This seasonal position runs from November to April with a competitive pay of $28.00 per hour.
