Position: Shift Leader

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to take charge, set morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. The team works to ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
