Description

Are you passionate about customer service and interested in working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? Bambuza Hospitality Group is hiring Front of House Team Members that are flexible with their roles, eager to learn, and excited to provide exceptional customer service. This cross‑trained position involves greeting, serving, making drinks, and supporting the kitchen if needed.

What you will do:
  • Be friendly and welcoming when you greet customers into the restaurant
  • Take orders efficiently with positive service
  • Ensure dishes are correct and serve to customers efficiently
  • Bartend and craft cocktails with care
  • Keep the front of the house organized and clean
  • Bus tables and assist customers consistently
  • Unload and stock inventory
  • Support the kitchen staff if needed with any food preparation and finishing tasks.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in food service, bartending, or guest service preferred
  • Previous experience in a cashier, customer service, or retail position preferred for cashier positions.
  • Cooking experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable frequently lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet required for all positions
  • Ability to work well with other team members in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Punctual and reliable, with the flexibility to work shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, due to airport hours.
  • Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Permit (required before first day of work).
