A privately held, well-capitalized investment firm is expanding its real estate team and seeking a sharp, analytical Real Estate Asset Manager / Associate to help optimize a diverse portfolio of income-producing properties and development projects.

What You’ll DoYou will manage and support performance across a portfolio that can include commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, and land/development assets.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models in Argus Enterprise and Excel for valuations, returns, and scenario planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Evaluate asset-level KPIs (IRR, equity multiple, cash yield, YOC, etc.)
- Partner with internal teams and external operators, developers, and leasing partners
- Prepare business plans, capex strategies, and investment memos
- Support acquisition due diligence, development monitoring, lease-up analysis, and exit strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase NOI, reduce risk, and improve long-term value
Core Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in asset management, real estate underwriting, development analysis, or related fields
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts (IRR, equity multiple, waterfalls, cap rates, cash flows)
- Experience with commercial or multifamily assets (mixed-use, industrial, office, or retail also valued)
- Ability to coordinate across departments and external partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
