We are specifically seeking property managers with proven real estate experience - this is not an entry-level or training-based role.

You are someone who:

• Has hands-on property management experience (residential, commercial, or mixed portfolio)
• Has prior real estate industry experience and understands the fundamentals of the brokerage world
• Knows how to manage tenant relations, owner expectations, and property performance with professionalism
• Excels in communication, problem-solving, and staying organized under pressure
• Understands compliance, lease enforcement, maintenance coordination, and tenant retention strategies
• Prefers autonomy but values a strong support system to scale your business

If you already manage a portfolio, or have managed one in the past, we can help you grow without burnout.

• Base salary plus Commissions and Bonuses

To be considered, you must meet the following:

• Prior experience in the real estate industry (required)
• Previous property management experience (required)
• Active Utah Real Estate License
  — or currently enrolled and progressing toward licensure (we provide support, but experience is still required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused
• Basic understanding of financial accounting & property financials
