Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of two of our apartment complexes located in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will ensure that all tenants receive timely and high-quality service. You'll collaborate closely with the Regional Compliance Manager, Regional Property Manager, and other departments including maintenance and accounting.

What You Will Do
  • Maintain the low-income housing program (Section
    8) on the sites.
  • Timely completion of all recertifications.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate resident files.
  • Creating and distributing monthly resident newsletters.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly property reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintaining and updating applicant waiting lists per program requirements.
  • Screening potential residents and verifying eligibility.
  • Completing all management and program forms with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Gathering necessary verification for HUD documentation.
  • Coordinating life skills training and assisting with audit preparations.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as required by business needs.
What You Will Bring
  • Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or housing management operations is beneficial
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in basic math.
  • Ability to follow instructions and apply problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
  • Valid Driver's License (may also need to obtain Utah Real Estate License.)
