We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead site-level quality and food safety programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership
, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to drive continuous improvement from the floor to leadership.

• Own and lead quality assurance, GMP, and food safety systems
• Serve as site lead for HACCP / Food Safety
  , audits, and third-party inspections
• Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits; drive corrective actions
• Oversee quality documentation, validations, and process improvements
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints with a root-cause mindset
• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Leadership

• Experience as a Quality Manager in manufacturing or food production
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, audits, and food safety regulations
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-starter who’s comfortable owning decisions and driving change

• High visibility & influence within the plant
• True ownership of quality and food safety
• Stable, critical role with long-term impact
• Work where quality is taken seriously every day
