PHARMACY/TECH TRAINEE – Smith's Food & Drug Centers

Join a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in a highly automated distribution center pharmacy supporting Kroger store pharmacies. Responsibilities include preparing orders for pharmacist review, packaging, shipping, inventory control, and assisting with order shipping as needed. • Collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment – complete automation canister product replenishments.
• Unpack and sort incoming deliveries of product.
• Sort orders and prepare totes for store delivery.
• Pack individual orders for shipment.
• Prepare orders for pharmacist review using manual and automated processes.
• Perform tasks associated with general production.
• Maintain departmental standards, keeping workstations clean and organized.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and security.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding the same.
• Support company Health and Wellness initiatives.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass mandatory FBI/BCI background checks.

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment.
• Experience with automation and product replenishments.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health regulations such as HIPAA.
• Commitment to customer service and safety.
