Pine Creek Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team for day shift coverage every Sunday
.

• $35-$45 per hour
  , depending on experience

• Part-time position

• Every Sunday

• 12-hour day shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• No rotating shifts

• Additional shifts may available on an as-desired basis

This position is part-time and does not include benefits
. (Benefits are available to full-time employees only.)

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and families

• Perform skilled nursing care including wound care, tube feedings, catheter care, and other clinical procedures

• Provide ongoing assessment and observation of residents, especially those with complex medical needs

• Serve as a patient advocate and ensure care aligns with each resident's care plan and preferences

• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the medical record

• Collaborate effectively with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Current Utah RN license in good standing

• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills

• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) state and federal long-term care regulations

• Dependable attendance and professionalism

• Compassion for geriatric and post-acute populations
