Assistant Director of Nursing

Hello, Mt. Olympus Rehabilitation in Salt Lake City, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing.

Assist the Director of Nursing with:

• Active management of clinical systems
• Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring/firing
• Team building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient care
• Assist with development/maintenance of nursing programs and activities
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
• Any additional functions as directed by the DON

• Minimum associate degree. Bachelor s degree preferred
• RN or LPN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility preferred
• Minimum two years  skilled nursing facility nursing experience required
• Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
• Must speak and understand English
• Genuine love & concern for the geriatric population!
