**** About the role
** Email is a huge part of how we connect with customers—from the first touch, to the sale, to long-term loyalty. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who loves both the creative and technical sides of email marketing. You’ll build, send, and optimize campaigns through our CRM and Marketo, helping drive engagement, performance, and revenue across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with our Regional Marketing Managers, Sales Operations, and Creative team, and report to the Associate Director of Marketing Automation.
** What you’ll do
*** Build and send automated and campaign-based emails through our CRM and Marketo
* Partner with the creative team to develop engaging, on-brand email campaigns (HTML and email editors)
* Coordinate and deploy monthly sales and service email campaigns
* Manage and optimize customer lists and segmentation to reach the right customers at the right time
* Build and maintain automated journeys triggered by customer behavior and lifecycle stages
* Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance
* Monitor and report on email performance (deliverability, opens, clicks, engagement, etc.)
* Maintain strong deliverability and sender reputation, including testing and list hygiene
* Share insights and results with stakeholders and recommend improvements
* Stay current on email marketing best practices and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
** What we’re looking for
*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience working with email marketing platforms and editors (Marketo experience is a big plus)
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing and troubleshooting email templates
* Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to improve performance
* Great communication and organization skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A mix of creative thinking and technical problem-solving
