Overview

Are you a dynamic, creative superstar who can build and nurture brands, lead teams with energy and focus, and strategically plan and produce powerhouse brand campaigns that deliver results? Then we want to hear from you! KSTU, FOX 13 in beautiful Salt Lake City, is seeking a dynamic Promotions Manager to lead our marketing team, play a key role in station strategy, and be the ultimate brand expert for the entire team.

In this role, you'll craft bold, research-driven campaigns that resonate with our community while ensuring every piece of content reflects our strategic vision and brand excellence.

• Manage a team of specialists ensuring the highest quality news topical and commercial production products
• Ensure all creative messaging reflects our strategic plan
• Create bold and unique research-driven news image campaigns
• Assist with the implementation of digital and traditional marketing plans
• Enforce consistent branding and graphics usage
• Work directly with clients and internal teams
• Supervise, coach and train team members
• Identify cross promotional opportunities between networks
• Prioritize and implement objectives as new projects and technologies come in. Set up and track ongoing projects
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor s degree in communications and/or marketing or equivalent work experience
• 5 years relevant experience
• Valid driver s license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must be proficient at non-linear editing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, able to provide complete follow-through on responsibilities without supervision
• Must be able to manage multiple projects; possess a keen eye for graphics and visual storytelling
• Ability to build relationships at all levels within the department and throughout the organization
