A leading food production company in Salt Lake City is seeking a senior-level FSQA Tech IV to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. You will support the FSQA Supervisor and Manager in executing HACCP, GMP, and SQF protocols while conducting inspections and mentoring junior technicians. This role is critical for maintaining regulatory compliance and improving food safety performance.

Work hours are from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with possible Saturdays as needed.
