Metal Fabricator

Meta Designs is an architectural metal fabrication company seeking qualified full-time fabricators/welders experienced in layout, fitting, and welding. We design, fabricate and install showcase stairs, rails, architectural elements and large kinetic installations including moving walls, windows, and roofs.

• Accurately cut, grind, and layout a wide variety of materials including plate, tube, pipe, channel, and angle.
• Perform high quality MIG and TIG welds
• Read and understand shop drawings
• Perform final assembly to produce high quality finished products
• Skills and experience with gears, bearings and moving parts are a plus but not required.
• Candidate will layout, cut, fab and install fabricated stairs and railings.
• Punctual and maintain a good attendance record.
• Must have confidence to fabricate from shop drawings.
• Committed to safety and shop cleanliness.
• Must have a positive attitude and be able to work within the team.

• Must have exceptional skill as a custom metal fabricator.
• 3-4 years of metal fabrication experience.
• Must have general construction experience.
• Mig, Tig and stick welder experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Show understanding of shop drawings.

• 4 Day work week Monday
  - Thursday 6 am – 4:30 pm.
• 7 paid holidays.
