• Safely operating some of the largest haul trucks in a large-scale production environment.
• Engaging with your team to promote and champion our "Keep Each Other Safe" safety program.
• Following supervisor guidance to operate equipment in line with standard procedures.
• Identifying hazards or mechanical issues before and during your shift.
• Being part of a proud legacy—operating in one of the oldest and most iconic open-pit mines in the world.

• A strong commitment to safety for yourself and your team.
• A valid US Driver’s licence
• A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and respect for others.
• Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night).
• A proactive and inclusive mindset.
• Previous experience in farming, heavy machinery, transport, or other shift-based roles is highly regarded, but not essential.
