Production Machine Technician

Operating the Composite Material System (CMS) that produces polyurethane climbing holds; maintaining production flow; supporting continuous improvement and Lean/5S standards; ensuring a clean, efficient shop floor.

• Operate and maintain the CMS to pour high‑quality polyurethane climbing holds.
• Clean, service, and disassemble machine components on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.
• Train teammates on machine use and support LEAN and 5S shop standards.
• Track production data, adjust machine variables, and seek workflow improvements.
• Sand, drill, prep, weigh, and finish plastic parts using hand and power tools.
• Assist with packing and shipping holds to customers.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow safety procedures and SOPs.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.

• At least 5 years of experience through work, trade school, or education.
• Manufacturing or construction background with comfort using industrial equipment.
• Enjoys repetitive, detail‑driven tasks and remains consistent and efficient.
• Strong problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and time‑management skills.
• Team player, ready to contribute each day.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., wear PPE, and work around chemicals, dust, machinery.
