Sanitation Team Lead – Salt Lake City, UT

Bridor USA is expanding in Salt Lake City with a brand-new industrial baking facility, and we’re seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to ensure our production environment is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standards. This role is critical to maintaining food safety, equipment performance, and product quality.

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and tools according to established procedures
• Wash and maintain equipment parts, plant work spaces, storage areas, and warehouses
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and use motorized sanitation equipment
• Train new sanitation team members and ensure adherence to GMPs and food safety standards
• Support production and quality teams as needed

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC a plus
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working in noisy, cold, or flour-exposed environments
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; sanitation/chemical handling experience a plus

Schedule: Flexible day/night shifts, weekdays and weekends

Pay: $24–$26/hr + shift differentials ($1.50 PM / $2.50 AM)
