PAY:
This position pays $22.50/hr

• NIGHT SHIFT ONLY AVAILABLE-- 645am-7pm ($22.50)
• WORK MON TUE, OFF WED THUR, WORK FRI SAT SUN
• OFF MON TUE, WORK WED THUR, OFF FRI SAT SUN, Then REPEAT.
• Only Work 15 days a month!!!!
• Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!!!!
• One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
• PAID BI-WEEKLY!
• Total of 85.75 hours for a pay period (76.75 regular hours & 9 hours of overtime)

Our Line Operators are essential to our success. You will be responsible for physically operating an extrusion line to produce the highest attainable quality of pipe in a safe and efficient manner. • Read the work order and perform set ups, change overs and adjustments for the order.
• Properly monitor extrusion production including produced product, equipment, perform quality checks on product and maintain the coiling area.
• Assist to start reels, set up and monitor product for quality and conformity.
• Monitor operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all product dimensions on production reports and accurately track “Lost Production Hours” including the reasons for lost time.
• Ensure pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in the quality manual.
• Follow all company-standard and position-specific safety requirements, and report any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment.
• Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as required.

• MUST HAVE MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
• 1-year manufacturing experience required.
• 1-year extrusion machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English fluently. Bilingual a Plus!
• Ability to perform simple math, and take measurements required.
• Must be able to recognize colors.
• Nice to have:
  Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Understanding of paperwork procedures and documentation requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance.
• Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery.
• Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects.

The compensation for this position is typically $22.50/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
