Reporting To: Supervisor, Operations

Work Schedule: Onsite – Salt Lake City, UT

Our SDG team in Salt Lake City, UT is looking for an Assembler II to join the Manufacturing Assembly and Test team, reporting to the Assembly & Test Supervisor, with an on-site, collaborative working environment.

Position purpose: The Assembler II will hold responsibility for the following on the manufacturing assembly line.

• Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment
• Operating machinery and equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintaining accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis
• Cross training on multiple production lines

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training with emphasis on mechanical systems preferred
• 3+ years electro/mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment required;
  Aerospace experience preferred
• Attention to detail, organized work practices, and good housekeeping to maintain a clean work center
• Ability to read and work from assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, BOM, test specifications, and other instructions (written and verbal)
• Prior experience with circuit cards and strong understanding of ESD
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office

Salary Range:
Salt Lake City, UT $20.00–$23.00 Hourly

Salary Range Disclosure:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of Moog's salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries vary by location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, open PTO policy, and region-specific benefits.
