Overview
Boeing is hiring for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the Metals Manufacturing Team in Salt Lake City, Utah or West Jordan, Utah, on multiple shifts. This role is with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA).
Position Responsibilities- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing discipline
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Coaches, develops and motivates employees
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Assembly environment
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- 3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 3+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
- 3+ years of experience using Lean Principles
- 3+ years of experience with REDARS
- Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
The team is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift. Shift will be determined at time of offer.

Summary Pay Range: $111,000 - $135,000
