Aerospace Mechanic Assembler

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Aerospace Mechanic Assembler for an opportunity in Salt Lake City UT.

• 3+ months experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
• Experience with managing or working to safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
• Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)

Regular and predictable attendance is required. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal structure components with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blueprints and production orders and the ability to operate various hand and power tools. • Performs composite lay‑up, fabrication and assembly tasks
• Assembles precision mechanical and electro‑mechanical components
• Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products
• Performs basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation
• Applies routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements
• Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements
