About the RoleAs a Production Machine Technician
, you'll operate the Composite Material System (CMS) that produces our polyurethane climbing holds. You'll keep production flowing smoothly, maintain critical equipment, and support continuous‑improvement practices on the shop floor. This is a hands‑on, active role where you'll be part of an energetic team shaping the products used in gyms across the country.
- Operate and maintain the CMS to pour high-quality polyurethane climbing holds.
- Clean, service, and disassemble machine components on weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.
- Train teammates on machine use and help support LEAN and 5S shop standards.
- Track production data, adjust machine variables, and look for ways to improve workflow.
- Sand, drill, prep, weigh, and finish plastic parts with both hand and power tools.
- Assist with packing and shipping holds to ensure customers receive perfect product.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow safety procedures and SOPs at all times.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 5 years of combined experience through work, trade school, or higher education.
- Have manufacturing or construction experience and feel comfortable with industrial equipment.
- Enjoy repetitive, detail‑driven tasks while staying consistent and efficient.
- Can problem‑solve, stay self‑motivated, and manage your time well in a busy environment.
- Thrive in a team setting and show up ready to contribute every day.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Can safely lift up to 50 lbs., wear PPE, and work around chemicals, dust, and machinery.
