Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Clinic Administrator / Office Manager to lead operations at a growing specialty clinic. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do- Lead clinic operations, compliance, and team performance
- Manage HR processes (onboarding, reviews, coaching, retention)
- Oversee front desk workflows, inventory, scheduling, and AR
- Enforce policies, resolve issues early, and improve clinic systems
- Track performance and report directly to senior leadership
- 5+ years in office management, operations, or HR leadership
- Strong Excel skills + HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)
- Healthcare or clinical environment experience
- Confident in setting expectations and coaching for performance
- SHRM member or strong HR training background is a plus
- Supportive leadership & clear standards
