SUPERVISOR, SHIFT (FULL TIME)

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time, hours determined by business needs (details discussed during interview)
• Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to develop training plans and create work schedules
• Understanding of food service operations and quality and safety standards

• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints and time‑off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
