YOU MUST CURRENTLY SERVE AS COO IN HEALTHCARE SaaS/HCIT COMPANY OR AS CEO OF A MID-SIZE HEALTHCARE SaaS COMPANY
ResponsibilitiesLarge healthcare information and electronic communication management company is seeking a Chief of Staff - COO - to be the Right Hand to the CEO to build and run the company s operating system - from strategies to accountability to day-to-day operations. Must be able to prioritize, interface with Board Members, delegate and work with partners at all C-levels.
Requirements- 20 plus years of healthcare SaaS/HCIT including COO level or above
- PMO//portfolio governance
- KPI design
- P&L experience
- Board/PE experience
- Willing to reside in Salt Lake City 3-4 days per week - travel as needed
- MBA required - Lean/Six Sigma a plus
- RCM Clearinghouse knowledge a plus
Income - Base - $240,000 - $310,000 plus Bonus and Equity option based on experience
