Job Summary
The Division of Pediatric Surgery is currently looking for a wonderful new Operations Program Manager. Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects of the assigned department’s internal and external customer service, human resource and financial management operations. Acts as a catalyst between the department and its customers and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.

Minimum QualificationsEquivalency Statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Operations Program Manager, III:
Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
Four or more years in a supervisor/manager role. Accounting experience. Experience in a healthcare setting.
