Operations Manager, Business Management, Financial Manager
We help America’s business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families thrive by delivering personalized, seamless solutions that protect their assets, grow their ventures, and preserve their legacies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys owning systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational accountability.
Combining operations, people management, and financial leadership, the position offers a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, working closely with firm leadership and external partners in accounting, payroll, IT, and recruiting.

It is an execution-focused position that values detail, follow-through, and accountability, offering the opportunity to take ownership and make a tangible impact rather than operate in a purely strategic or advisory capacity.
