About the Team LeadThis is a hands‑on role as we launch and scale a new team working alongside a leading Marketing Platform provider. You will be a part of the development of a high caliber North America Region Inside Sales Team, responsible for the development and closing of inbound and outbound opportunities. In this role, you will lead, coach, and grow a talented team of budding professionals while exemplifying Market Star’s and our client’s core values.

What Will You Do?- Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to a set of targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of the client and Market Star.
- Maintain a hands‑on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies.
- Gather a strong understanding of client offerings to enable the team effectively across differing North American territories.
- Continuously increase the effectiveness of the team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes.
- Create a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance.
- Drive strong thought leadership within a wider sales team.
- Adhere to team goals as agreed by the client.
- Ownership of day‑to‑day operations in partnership with client contact.
- Take responsibility for performance discipline, employee scheduling and attendance, time‑card approvals, performance evaluations, and associated management functions.
- 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching sales reps across technology sector.
- Personal experience managing full sales cycle or developing new business through prospection.
- You thrive in a high‑energy environment and can be proactive in solving problems in and outside of your area.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, digital and written communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to building new processes and systems.
- The ability to streamline and develop workflows to increase the team’s effectiveness.
- Customer orientated with the ability to motivate others and drive standards of excellence.
- Self‑reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi‑task in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant computer software and hardware.
- You are familiar with Salesforce and are comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
