The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Compensation:
Attractive annual salary of $63,000-$75,000 plus a bonus opportunity. Along with base salary, our total rewards include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
- Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
- Follow established operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
- Build a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
- Help maintain attendance and tardiness records.
- Monitor daily compliance with safety procedures.
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
- Help coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, and address complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
- Oversee associates.
- Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food grade warehouse.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suites experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Lean six sigma experience a plus.
- Inventory experience a plus.
- Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience a plus.
