Overview
Seeking a Commercial Casualty Claims Manager to lead casualty claims operations, oversee litigation strategy, and drive quality, compliance, and performance across General Liability and Auto Injury claims.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of casualty adjusters and supervisors
- Provide technical oversight on high-exposure and litigated claims
- Oversee litigation strategy, settlements, and quality assurance
- Track KPIs, conduct audits, and drive process improvements
- Partner with senior leadership on claims strategy and growth initiatives
- 7+ years of commercial casualty claims experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong GL and Auto Injury coverage and litigation expertise
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve claims outcomes
- Hybrid (based in Sandy, UT)
- Salary range: ~$101K–$127K + strong benefits
