Position Overview:

Wasatch Global Investors is seeking a senior‑level leader to serve as Director, Head of Wealth Distribution. This newly created role will be responsible for shaping, executing, and reporting on the success of Wasatch’s strategic plan for fundraising and retention across wealth channels, including wirehouses, RIA firms, TAMPs, and other wealth management partners. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership and fundraising within the wealth management space.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and execution of a comprehensive wealth distribution strategy across all major intermediary channels. Inclusive of evaluating vehicles, fees, pricing, etc.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key wealth management partners, including wirehouses, RIA firms, TAMPs, and other intermediaries.
  • Drive and manage fundraising initiatives to support firm growth and new product launches within the wealth channel.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies that address client needs and align with Wasatch’s long‑term philosophy and product suite.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s leadership and investment professionals to ensure consistency and clarity in communication to partners and clients.
  • Regularly report on distribution outcomes, pipeline, and market feedback to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador for Wasatch’s investment philosophy, process, and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in wealth management distribution, sales leadership, or a similar role within asset management.
  • Demonstrated track record of success as a senior leader and fundraiser within the intermediary/wealth management ecosystem.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy to execution.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management marketplace, including wirehouses, RIAs, TAMPs, and associated sales channels.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead teams.
  • MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • Fundamental equity and/or small cap experience preferred.
  • ETF/Model delivery experience preferred.
