Overview
Facilities / Maintenance Technicians. Perform general maintenance and repairs including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and arranging furniture and partitions. Assist employees with internal moves. May work with specialized outside contractors. May have some formal training in one or more trades.

- Facilities / Maintenance Technician II:
Performs general maintenance and repairs under moderate supervision; requires at least 1 year of related experience. - Facilities / Maintenance Technician III:
Performs assignments with little supervision; may assist less-experienced team members; requires 3+ years of related experience.
- EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
