Our Maintenance Supervisors play a vital role in the success of our properties and happiness of our residents. • Our Geared‑to‑Go program offers an annual reimbursement of $100 for their purchase of new work boots AND an additional $100 for purchase of industry related work tools

Our employees are truly what makes this a great company. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Eight
20 Apartments, you are responsible for ensuring the community meets and exceeds our standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Our supervisors are hands‑on with diagnosing and repairing areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling and appliances. You are also responsible for managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s leasing efforts.

• A minimum of 2‑3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Universal certification is REQUIRED
• Energetic, responsible and organized
