A prominent manufacturer in the furniture industry is seeking a Supply Chain Director in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or a related field is required for this role.
- 10 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 spent at a managerial level.
- Substantial materials sourcing and procurement experience, both domestic and global experience – experience in Asia is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated inventory management and demand planning experience.
- Experience successfully negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Warehouse operations experience is highly preferred for this role.
